Overview

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Delivery Location
We only deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. International customers can also place orders if the delivery address is within the UAE.

Delivery Time
You will receive an estimated delivery time once your order is placed. Please note that delivery times start from the shipping date, not the order date. These times are estimates and can vary based on carrier practices, delivery location, and the items ordered. We aim to fulfill orders within [1-4] business days, excluding Fridays and holidays. Delivery may also occur in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To view shipping charges, add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will see the shipping costs. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy items, which will be displayed at checkout. Sales VAT on shipping is based on the destination province or territory.

Damaged Items

Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases, cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable items, and some health and personal care items.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use or if returned after 30 days.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days. For late or missing refunds, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at orders@megvidigital.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return an item, email us first at orders@megvidigital.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
